STINKIN SNOW

I'm the first to admit that winter is my favorite season after fall. I like the cold. I don't like the snow. Luckily, we aren't getting as much "Lake Effect" snow as parts east, but we are still getting more than I like considering I am planning a get together with my Twisted Stitcher group tomorrow.. and I don't want it to be so bad that no one wants to come out of their house! Grrr...

Build a fire and open up a bottle of something...

Teri, years (and years) I moved to Alaska (I was born and raised in Georgia). I thought I would love the snow but I did get tired of it after 9 months. Especially when it started to melt. It's really beautiful but somewhat of a nuisance after awhile. And I did a lot of sitting by the fire... But, that picture is lovely.

I'm a southern girl who hasn't been around much snow. I love to look at it in other's pictures but don't really want to live where it snows alot. I can't even imagine driving in it. Your picture is beautiful though.
