NO PHOTO SUNDAY

I finished a shawl last night. I'm sitting here knit-less. And I would have taken a photo, except I don't know where my blocking wires are, so it isn't blocked.
I have been working extra to cover my co-workers vacation. I lost track of time and didn't realize that it was time to publish the guild newsletter. Then I sent out last years October newsletter. As soon as I pressed send, I knew I did it.
Since I am six days behind at work, I am working on Sept. 29th charts. After I have put in 9/29/09 two hundred fifty times, I just lose track of what the actual date is. Luckily, someone emailed me and asked me if they were to late to put something in, or it still wouldn't be done.

Then, I have had an annoying back spasm for a couple of days. I finally felt free of it today, and after stripping wallpaper, it's back. I'm just going to bed early.

I bought myself an I tunes gift card, and I downloaded some applications to my Ipod touch. Gosh, I really like it. I never would have bought one, but my daughter gave one to me. We have wireless in the house, and I am able to pick it up at work. I bought BeJewelled, my fave game when I actually play one. Anyone that knows me knows that I am a tech junkie. Now that I have my son's old laptop, and my daughter's ipod touch, I won't be able to do without them if they die on me. There is a lot to be said for sitting on the couch with my feet up blogging or watching HULU on a my laptop.

Anyway, I hope that you all had a nice weekend, and that your week isn't too busy. Four days and counting until it is Friday again....

Hope your back feels better soon. Those "scritches" as I call 'em are so bothersome. I don't know what I'd do without my laptop. I am a total geek.

Hi Teri,
Just back from Maine and I'm sorry to hear you're feeling bad but you have the right remedy. Hulu's a kick, right?
The Copenhagen boondoggle was a very pricey little trip. The sense of entitlement is amazing. I guess this time it didn't work. I'm pretty sick of O as well. Someone needs to tell her NO now and then...A little too much messianic posing going o there.
