FOUND IT!!

Well, not sure if I've found my mind, but I did find the shawl buried in a pile of quilts.

 

Kind of a weird angle, but it is triangular and pinned across a bed.  This shawl pattern is called ICARUS made with a hand dyed sport weight ( I think) yarn from 

BRIAR ROSE FIBERS it was an easy knit, and I really like the shawl.  Not only is it heavy enough to be warm, it is pretty and not just a boring shawl. 

I have two more smaller shawls to block after this, and I actually know where they are.
