SILENT MAJORITY

I once told my friend ( a liberal, Obama supporter) that there are more people that think like me than there are that think like her.  She chuckled, and said do you REALLY believe that?
Yes, I do.  And they are finally waking up .  People like me don't need to be paid to vote, we don't need to be bussed to the polls, we just need a candidate that says the 'right' things.
A 'conservative' Republican in a seat that has been held by a Kennedy ( John and Ted) for many many years.  It is SWEET.  I hope that he is who he says he is.  Time will tell.

I hope so too and you are right. There are more of us, we just needed to realize we have a voice and are powerful when we want to be.

Don't feel bad Ruth. I voted for McGovern AND Carter before I matured and learned more about what they stood for. BTW, I'm embarrassed about the Carter thing..

Hi Teri,
I am born and raised in MA and too young to remember anyone in that seat but Ted Kennedy. I'm one of the Indies that voted for Brown. Now if we can just fix the Governor's office.....
