I heard to day that if you do anything for a month, it becomes ingrained. So I am making a point of writing down everything that I eat. So, even though I won't be eating any of these, I still love to read recipe blogs. Even if they have lovely photos. Check out this one CINNAMON ROLLS WITH MAPLE/COFFEE FROSTING

Sigh. I wrote down everything I ate for six+ months and it didn't ingrain....
"if you bite it, write it.
if you drink it, ink it"
but it did help to instill some healthful habits.
