THIS NEVER GETS OLD

When I was a kid, Sundays were family time. Stores weren't open like they are now. We would visit my Aunt and Uncle who were like grandparents to me, and sometimes we would go to the airport and watch the big airliners land and take off. When my kids were young, they still has a small lot that you could park in and watch. But all that is gone now, and it is not permitted. Luckily, I left work on a day that they must have been training to take off and land on the roof. they landed and took off about 4 times, and I got to watch. I used to be a medic in a helicopter. That's about as far as I have ever been off the ground. Fun stuff. Back when I was young and thin. Probably couldn't take off with me in it now.....
