Went to see the Deathly Hallows today. Really good movie. Even with the two inconsiderate 'bimbos' that sat a few seats away and talked during the whole movie. I guess that I could have said something to them, but if they didn't have enough sense to shut up, me telling them probably would have just caused more of a headache. They weren't kids, so if they hadn't learned manners by this point in their lives, they weren't going to change their ways by me trying to teach them.
I just wish that if people feel the need to chat in movies, that they would just wait until the DVD comes out and yak their stupid faces off.
Anyway, the movie was really good, and followed the book well. Of course, they can't get everything in, but I pretty much have come to believe that if you want the full understanding of what is going on in the movie, it is better to read the books first. I think that you can enjoy the movie without having first read the books, but, it's better if you have.
It is a 2 part movie and the end will be shown this summer. Not unlike the Lord of the Rings movies. But I kind of longed for the Gone With the Wind days when they would have an intermission, and continue on until the end of the story.
Oh well, gives me something to look forward to this summer.
