One nice thing about "Stick Girl" is she has two hands so that I can use MY two hands to take the picture of my finished gauntlets. She doesn't have thumbs though.. I can't think of what I want to call my wooden purse and scarf collector.. She has come in handy though, I hang my coat on her shoulder, and my bags across her body. Not a bad investment for $10.00 from a quilt/yarn shop going out of business. I have been dragging my feet all morning because I don't want to go out in the cold to the store. I have even gone as far as CLEANING MY HOUSE just to put off the trip. But.. this is my last diversion. I have got to do it. I am looking forward to coming home to sew the rest of the day.
